![]() Sadly, I can't get through to OpusDomini's online support either. I am still looking for another version of OpusDomini made by someone else. I'm not spending money to buy the pro version if the free version doesn't even work properly. I read the other reviews and decided to take a chance as I NEED OpusDomini - but sadly I arrived at the same place of disappointment and frustration as others. So, every day going forward looks the same. But, now every time I add a task it makes the task repeat indefinitely, without creating a repeat rule. ![]() It's a digital form of the planner that keeps a person's daily life organized - using the A1,2,3 B1,2,3, C1,2,3 prioritizing method. I love the fact that OpusDomini works like a paper planner book and gives functionality no other app on the market seems to do. If anyone can suggest something to track To Dos, Appointments AND Contacts, other than Act, please comment. This is what I need and would be willing to pay for it if it worked. Tech support did not respond when I submitted a ticket. I've tried shutting down both apps and restarting, checking sync settings (not that they are documented). Sometimes things sync, but most often, they don't. I need to input To dos and appointments in the iPad, because of the larger screen and visibility of the right-hand notes page, but I need to view, edit and manage these items in my iPhone 5 while I'm in the field. The main problem with OpusDomini (for my purposes) is syncing between iPad and iPhone. ![]() ![]() The documentation is attractive, but after jumping back and forth to the Table of Contents, I found the procedural flow disorganized, and OpusDomini does NOT work as documented. Love the visual layout and think it has the ability to be an incredible tool, but it doesn't sync between devices- even iDevices. Lack of support, both in the apps themselves, and in the company’s support help, for existing customers, is inexcusable.I tried this on my new iPad4. Unless using both the most recent version of the apps, and Apple’s most recent version of its operating systems, this app has presented ongoing, and constant, frustrations. I recently put in a new support ticket online, and this time, I’ve had no notification of the request, nor does it show up in “My activities” on the website. I’m completely frustrated, as it’s been like this all the time I’ve had the app. Then, when I tried to connect to app support through the Preferences for my mobile version using my iPhone, the site comes up as a blank page. I went on to the company’s website, and submitted another support request. The app told me the files were in a format not recognizable by the app. Once all data had been deleted, I tried to open one of several of my backup versions. I backed up my data, then deleted both local and iCloud data for both devices. I eventually gave up using iCloud to try to sync data with my phone, as each system upgrade presented problems. “This update was done when Apple released their IOS update, and we had to adapt as they changed the way that iCloud worked, we know that some of out customers have troubles to update their software to the latest because the machine can be old, and we are working on links for older versions of Opus Domini to see if we can give sync again even on the old versions, for now we do not have a solution this as how iCloud works it's outside of our hands.” When I contacted the company after one such issue, this was its response: I was happy with the purchase, until realizing the app began having problems when used with a previous OS X version (in one particular case, two years ago, using Opus Domini in OS X 10.8, after Apple upgraded to 10.9). I purchased the desktop and mobile versions of Opus Domini three years ago. Ongoing issues with OS and product updates.
